Returns & Exchanges

At Plan C, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every garment; however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
